Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All items sold on Bubba Blue Fish carry our 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee*. If, for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items unused, undamaged and in original packaging within 7 days of purchase for replacement or a credit note to the value of the purchase price (excluding delivery charges). *Indicates that all swimwear and teething products are excluded from this guarantee due to hygiene reasons. 

Please use the Return & Exchange Form which will be emailed to you directly upon notifying us on ausbubbabluefish@gmail.com. All costs of the postage of returns will be at the expense of the customer and they must dispatch the form with all items returned to the following address: Bubba Blue Fish, Returns Department, PO Box 120, Westminster WA 6061, AUSTRALIA. 

Please Note:
No refunds, returns or exchanges will be offered for any swimwear, teething or underwear items due to hygiene reasons.

No refunds, returns or exchanges will be offered for products that have had tags removed, have been worn, washed or damaged in any way.

No refunds, returns or exchanges will be offered on products or any garments where the packaging has been damaged.

No refunds, returns or exchanges will be offered if the product has been misused in any way that contributed to the problem. No refunds, returns or exchanges will be offered if the product was used against they advice of the manufacturer or Bubba Blue Fish.

No refunds, returns or exchanges will be offered on sale or clearance items.


Bubba Blue Fish is not responsible for the freight costs of returning the items to our warehouse, except where the goods are deemed faulty in which case Bubba Blue Fish will cover any postage costs. Please contact us on ausbubbabluefish@gmail.com prior to sending goods back for inspection if you're unsure.

Items for return should be kept in a smoke-free environment as returns will be refused on items that are returned smelling of tobacco smoke or have been soiled in any way.

For faulty items, please contact our Customer Care Team on ausbubbabluefish@gmail.com before returning any goods. We require the faulty product in order to inspect it and follow up on quality control to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We are unable to refund postage costs for returns, unless we have sent you the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect. 

In the case of clothing purchases, please be aware that items will incur a dry cleaning fee should the item be returned marked with make-up, deodorant or any other visible stain. The refund total will be adjusted to account for this fee if it is required.
